I Teach What I Practice

Veterinary microbiome education, speaking, and training programs built on 20+ years of real science, real products, and real regulatory experience.

I fell in love with probiotics 15 years ago and I have been teaching about them ever since.

In boardrooms and lecture halls. At veterinary conferences and on farm visits. On video calls at midnight with teams in three different time zones.

Although the setting changes, my goal never does: make the science accessible, practical, and honest.

I teach because I have watched too many professionals make expensive mistakes with microbiome products. Because they just did not have the real picture and a clean language about probiotics, prebiotics.... all biotics and the microbime.

That is what I bring to the stage for over a decade. If you need a speaker or educator who has built products, reviewed the science, talked with both the regulatory body and veterinary languages...

You are in the right place.

Pick Your Topic, Let Me Speak!

I speak at industry conferences, academic symposia, corporate events, and veterinary gatherings. Every talk is built on original thinking, real data, and the real life of stories that ties science to fun!

You can pick one of the below "Top Topics" of the year,  request a different one, or you let me the audience and I offer you over 15 subjects to decide together. Let's discuss your event, audience, and what will make the biggest impact.

Top Microbiome & Biotics Topics for Industry & Corporate Events- 2026

What Your Probiotic Label Is Not Telling You

The gap between what animal probiotic labels promise and what the science actually supports. Strain identity, CFU claims, stability realities, and how to evaluate a product before you recommend it.

Responsible Biotics: A Sweet Framework

My framework for developing animal microbiome products with mechanism, responsibly and thoughtfully.

For companies that want to build products the field will respect in 10 years, not just sell this quarter.

New Regulatory Landscape for Animal Probiotics

The FDA-AAFCO MOU expired. AFIC launched. The rules changed. What probiotic companies, veterinary teams, and industry leaders need to know right now to stay compliant and competitive.

The Animal Gut Microbiome: What We Know, What We Assume, and Where We Get It Wrong

A science-first look at where microbiome research actually stands across species. Where the gaps are, and why extrapolating from human studies to animals is more dangerous than most people realize.

The Gut-Brain Axis in Companion Animals:
Science vs. Supplement Hype

Serotonin, behavior, stress response... the gut-brain connection is real. What veterinary professionals need to know before recommending (or dismissing) gut-brain interventions.

AMR and the Microbiome: Why Veterinary Medicine Cannot Sit This One Out

How the animal microbiome fits into the One Health framework, what probiotic interventions can (and cannot) do, and why antibiotic stewardship in veterinary practice needs a microbiome lens.

Microbiome Sequencing in Veterinary Practice: Reading What the Data Actually Says

NGS, 16S rRNA, metagenomics... the technology is accessible but the interpretation is still a mess. A practical guide for veterinary researchers and clinicians.

Training Programs

The microbiome is one of the most active areas in veterinary science, and one of the least taught.

Most veterinary professionals learned almost nothing about it in school.

Most continuing education on the topic is sponsored by the companies selling the products.

My training programs have no sponsors or product placement.

I am teaching just the science with the practical tools that you can easily use to valuate microbiome products and advise your clients with confidence.

1

Corporate & Clinical Workshops

Half-day or full-day, delivered on-site or virtually. Customized to your team, your species focus, and your knowledge gaps.

Whether you are a veterinary hospital, an animal health company, or a veterinary association looking for CE programming.

2

Pet Owners - Animal Clinic / Hospital Teams

You are receiving lots of questions but hesitant how to answer and what to suggest. Leave the boring part to me! Provide an informative webinar or training session for your clients & team and enjoy your time while they are learning the answers to their most crazy questions about animal microbiome and biotics!

3

Cohort-Based Intensive

Small-group, 4-6 week deep dive into microbiome science and biotics for veterinary professionals and industry teams.

Live sessions, case-based learning, direct access to me. Limited to 15 participants per cohort to keep the quality high.

Topics include but not limited to - Microbiome fundamentals, probiotic product evaluation, AMR stewardship, gut health client education strategies. The lecture(s), workshop or cohort will be decided during/after the complimentary video call.

Science for Everyone

Good science should not live behind paywalls and conference doors. I design educational programs for pet owners, animal shelters, community centers, schools and city districts.

Topics your audience will actually care about:

- Understanding your pet's gut health

- How to read a probiotic supplement label

- When to ask your vet about probiotics (and what to ask)

- Responsible antibiotic use for pet owners

If you are organizing a community event or public education program... I would love to be part of it.
